This year we studied a crucial and hot topic. The world, Europe and France are concerned.

The world: are there "necessary" institutions to enter the game of globalization ? Is it possible to enjoy development without political freedom, without respect of human rights, without the recognition of property ?

Europe: Europe also has the choice between institutions openness and protectionist institutions. How do those institutions evolve ?

France: It is said that the time for reforms has come. But what are the constitutional, legal, fiscal reforms in order to put the country back on the right track ?

For 30 years, the Summer university has been the rendez-vous of liberal intellectuals from all over the world. This anniversary will be celebrated with the presence of celebrities of the scientific, political and business worlds.
